Everything matched the photos and the location is ideal: we walked everywhere all week, and the Vieux-Port is five minutes away. Very quiet in the evening despite being right in the centre. Messages before arrival were answered quickly and clearly.

Spacious, bright and spotless. The well-equipped kitchen meant we could make the most of the market next door. The stairs are a little steep with suitcases, but the location more than makes up for it.

A compact studio but very well thought out, and far brighter than we expected. Perfect for two, a step away from the restaurants and the market square. Check-in was simple and everything had been explained in advance.

I have been welcoming guests to La Rochelle for fourteen years, in four apartments I choose and look after myself, all in the old town.
Fresh linen from the laundry is waiting when you arrive, and you let yourself in with a secure key box, at whatever time suits you.
